Handful Transportation is looking for dependable, professional and caring independent contractor drivers to join our growing transportation network. We provide safe and reliable transportation for seniors, students, individuals with disabilities, medical appointments and other essential community needs.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to and from scheduled destinations.
- Provide dependable and timely pickup and drop-off.
- Treat every passenger with dignity, patience and respect.
- Assist seniors and individuals with disabilities when appropriate.
- Communicate professionally with passengers and dispatch.
- Follow assigned trip instructions and schedules.
- Properly use required driver applications and GPS systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe and professional vehicle.
- Complete required trip documentation accurately.
- Follow all applicable company, safety and transportation requirements.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Dependable, responsible and professional.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing assigned trips.
- Comfortable serving seniors, students, individuals with disabilities and members of the community.
- Must successfully meet applicable screening, training and transportation requirements.
